Skill or Will? What a person needs to be recognized? What is needed to get fame? What is the 1st step to reaching heights? Is it the skill or will? Skill: A person has a calibre to do/achieve a task and can do it on their own themselves with the T.A.L.E.N.T. they acquire making them stand out of crowd Will: In this case, a person may lack resources or maybe don't get the right platform to showcase their talent and then are demoralised or underestimated! Which forces them to give up, and leave it. But, it's their inner W.I.L.L. to do it and achieve what they have thought already! Both, skill and will has it's own value in reaching heights! You may have the will to do something, but skill is needed to achieve it to it's best - i.e. 100% potential In the other way round: you may have the best of the best skills to achieve what you think, but unless you don't have the will.. the motivation and the spark from the heart to do it... Irrespective of the skills...

A year gone by... A year gone by... From, entering grade 9 to grade 10 From, scoring 80% to scoring 50% From, getting guided by the best teachers to receiving one of the most prestigious awards From, starting a blog from 0 to taking it to 1,500 From, wasting time on games to joining the World's Largest Youth Run Organization From, having no friend circle to meeting some random people be best friends From, loosing confidence to gaining it back with a bang From, loosing temper in a wink of eye to gaining the spirit of patience  From, seeing army chief's on television to asking them questions about the spirit of patriotism live (one on one) From, not analysing situations and taking decisions to personal analysis on every situation From, flying in air (success) to coming back on Earth (failures) With an analysis of the academic year 2020 - 2021... A year gone by, A year gone by.... Giving lessons to remember for Life 💯

A New Day is always a beginning to opportunities, responsibilities, memories and moments. A New Year is a start to all the opportunities, responsibilities, memories and moments * 365. In short when a New Year starts, you get to experience all the memory, moments, opportunities, ups, downs, highs, lows and responsibilities of the entire year at ONCE! This is what life is, there would be times when you will get a flashback of all the bitter memories of Life at once, and the next moment, you would be like a Visionary - imagining the entire life in multiple ways at the moment.  Forgetting the Past, Thinking about the Present, Leaving Future on Present = A Stress Free Life   In the end: Whatever you do, is determined by what you do today and not tomorrow!  

The world functions on one thing, Respect. Both Respect and Karma are inter related to each other! Whatever you give is whatever you get. The same is the case with RESPECT , if you respect a person he or she in return would respect you. I came across a person today, saying - by adding sir/ma'am to someone's name, won't give him respect. I thanked that person for the point she made but as far as I am concerned, by adding a word called Sir/Ma'am  may make feel a person pleasured, respectful, mentored, honoured and many more feelings at the very same moment!! Remember the rule of life: Whatever you give is whatever you get In the end: Adding Sir/Ma'am won't make you down but adding Sir/Ma'am would make another person feel special!!!
