ME-Time
For all those who are fed up of life, start taking out time for yourself!
I met so many people who say they don't have time for so many things in their day to day life how would they take time out for themselves?!
Time is something which doesn't come, you have to figure out time.
Remember Time Management and Figuring out time for yourself are way 2 different things
Take time out for yourself at night, when you probably have to rest, sit outside the window in open air- feel the nature around you!
If not that, listen to your favourite tunes or play relaxing music
Even if that is not possible, express yourself on a pen and paper, pen down whatever you think!
Worst case scenario: even if writing is not possible, just close your eyes and remember the one closest to your heart
This indeed is very smoothing and relives the entire stress in one go!
In the end: Make yourself the priority, in your priority list.
